Nursing Facilities and Hospice - A Team Approach to Quality Patient Care
Recognizes how health care providers and hospice staff share a common goal of quality care for patients. Discusses strategies to improve communication, coordinate care and promote teamwork.

Certificates of attendance will be provided for health care professionals who attend the entire program.
In accordance with the Iowa Board of Nursing, this program may be offered for 0.1 CEUs for nurses.
